Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector is seeking a Pricing Analyst - Level 2 to join our Integrated Space Mission Segment team in Dulles, VA. This 100% onsite role supports proposal activities from receipt of RFP to contract award and requires a TS clearance.

The position emphasizes cost analysis, scheduling, and pricing support, with opportunities to develop automation tools and Agile approaches for the Pricing and Estimating team. Primary Level Salary Range is $75,800–$113,800.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of professional experience, OR Master’s degree with 0 years.
• Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Proposal, pricing, supply chain or finance experience.
• Requires an active U.S. Government Top-Secret security clearance, current and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive review of all elements of cost including direct labor, material, Other Direct Cost and indirect costs to ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and Northrop Grumman procedures.
• Establish fair and reasonable cost analysis positions and negotiation ranges - including completion of supplier proposal compliance review.
• Develops, plans and schedules proposals.
• Compiles cost, schedule, and technical elements in the development of proposals in accordance with RFP specifications.
• Coordinates the collection and accumulation of cost, scheduling, and performance elements from functional departments.
• Researches and analyzes historical data, develops cost models to support proposal efforts.
• Coordinates activities and participates in fact-finding meetings.
• Participates as a member of the contract negotiating team.
• Lead/support proposal activities of diverse and inclusive teams with high engagement and collaboration.
• Essential in creating automation tools and Agile approaches for the Pricing and Estimating team.
