Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Pricing Analyst - Level 2 for the Integrated Space Mission Segment in Dulles, VA. The role is 100% onsite with a 9/80 schedule and rounds of responsibilities including leading pricing efforts from receipt of RFP to contract award, coordinating cost and schedule elements, and supporting winning bid development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of professional experience OR Master’s degree with 0 years experience.
• Additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
• Experience in proposal, pricing, supply chain or finance is preferred.
• Experience with MS Office Suite is required.

Responsibilities

• Review elements of cost including direct labor, materials, and indirect costs to ensure compliance.
• Develop fair cost analysis positions and negotiation ranges.
• Develops, plans and schedules proposals.
• Assemble cost, schedule, and technical elements for proposals per RFP specs.
• Coordinate collection of cost, scheduling, and performance data from departments.
