Northrop Grumman Space Sector in Virginia is seeking a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst – Level 5 to join our team. You will perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis for multiple programs and contracts, and prepare the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet program objectives.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience (or a Master’s with 10+), and proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, and EVMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years in program planning and scheduling.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and EVMS.
• Experience with DCMA 14-point, IPMR, IBR/JSR.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis.
• Prepare, develop, and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Interface with cross-functional and supplier teams; present to leadership.
• Conduct IBRs and JSR audits and report weekly status.
