Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector is seeking a Program Cost Control Analyst – Level 2 or 3 for our Dulles, VA operations. You will help prepare budgets and schedules for contracts, perform financial analyses, and support government cost control activities.

This role follows a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off. The candidate will work on funding profiles, cash forecasts, and variance analyses, ensuring funding availability and proper documentation for government submissions.

Qualifications

• Requires active U.S. government Top-Secret clearance
• Experience with financial analysis or reporting
• Experience with MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Set up cost control system, monitor and control costs and schedules on contracts
• Support audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and management
• Perform analysis and prepare reports to ensure contracts meet parameters and government cost control guidelines
• Perform Earned Value Metric (EVM) tasks including WBS, budget baseline, cost risk analysis, and estimates to complete
• Other duties as assigned
