Qualifications

• Three years of payroll, timekeeping, or closely related experience.
• Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint and payroll processing.
• Knowledge of government contracting regulations and payroll compliance (DCAA, FLSA).

Responsabilités

• Process payroll for full-time and part-time staff.
• Review timesheets for completeness and accuracy; resolve discrepancies.
• Support labor distribution per internal procedures and contract requirements.
• Use Deltek Costpoint to perform payroll/timekeeping tasks and maintain records.
• Answer employee and manager questions about timesheets and payroll processes; coordinate corrections or approvals.
• Maintain documentation for audit purposes and ensure compliance with DCAA and FLSA.
