Job summary

Sawdey Solution Services seeks a payroll/payroll-administration professional for civilian pay support at Shaw AFB, South Carolina. The role involves maintaining time, attendance, and payroll records and guiding supervisors on pay entitlements, ensuring data integrity and compliance with DFARS and related policies.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in DoD civilian payroll, familiarity with ATAAPS, and knowledge of DCPDS/DFAS processes. On-site work and security clearance required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of DoD civilian payroll, timekeeping, or pay administration experience.
• Proficiency with ATAAPS and familiarity with DCPDS and DFAS civilian pay processes.
• Prefer prior Army CPAC, G1, or DFAS civilian pay experience.
• Prefer knowledge of OCONUS civilian entitlements (LQA, post allowance, danger pay).
• Prefer experience supporting an ASCC or theater level headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Provide civilian pay and personnel administration support to USARCENT G1, maintaining accurate time, attendance, and payroll records.
• Advise supervisors and employees on pay entitlements, premium pay, overtime, and OCONUS entitlements.
• Maintain civilian payroll records, audits, and supporting documentation per AR 254002 and records policy.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc civilian pay reports, reconciliations, and metrics for G1 leadership.
• Support civilian personnel actions that affect pay and processing.
