Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience at GS-06 level assisting with payroll rules and resolving payroll accounts.
• One year of specialized experience at GS-07 level with complicated payroll accounts and DFAS regulations.
• Experience reviewing and processing payroll and time and attendance data, EFT deposits, leave, taxes, and deductions.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret payroll laws, regulations, and advisory releases for the DCPS Application System.
• Provide technical assistance and training to users, timekeepers, and certifiers on payroll system accounts.
• Resolve pay problems and ensure master payroll records are accurate.
