Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 5+ years related engineering experience.
• Master’s degree in STEM with 3+ years related engineering experience.
• PhD in STEM with 1 year related engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Work non-traditional hours as required by the customer.
• Troubleshoot systems and coordinate with responsible subsystems engineers.
• Serve as interface between operations and engineering organization.
• Act as local on-site representative to customer organization.
• Ensure overall system performance is met and maintained through lower level functions/subsystems.
• Perform troubleshooting, document issues and coordinate field upgrades of impacted parts.
• Contribute to improvement of processes, design and future operations efforts.
