Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Chantilly, VA seeks a Systems Engineer or Principal Systems Engineer to join the Mission Systems Discipline Engineering Organization. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design, integrate, and productionize solutions for complex systems.

Responsibilities include supporting hardware/software integration, conducting ATPs, developing requirements, interfacing with customers, and contributing to test events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related STEM field.
• 2+ years of experience for Systems Engineer (or 0+ for Master/PhD)
• Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
• Strong interdisciplinary problem-solving and test/integration experience

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design, integrate, enhance, and productionize solutions.
• Support assembly, test, and documentation for hardware, software integration, and systems of systems.
• Interface with customers, end users, operators, and field representatives.
