Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in a software or government contractor environment.
• Experience analyzing business processes and documenting software development requirements.
• Active Top Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis and documentation of business processes, software development requirements, and taxonomies; create and maintain government documentation.
• Develop functional requirements and data elements for complex systems; gather requirements through interviews, workshops, and reviews.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including planning, standups, demos and retrospectives; manage product backlog and sprint notes.
