Job summary

Quantum Sky is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a law enforcement customer in Washington, DC. The role focuses on requirements gathering, documentation, and process modernization within NSD infrastructure and software development services.

The candidate will develop functional requirements, perform data modeling, and facilitate Agile ceremonies. A Top Secret clearance is required and compensation ranges reflect federal contracting norms.

Qualifications

5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
Demonstrated professional experience with analysis and documenting of business processes, software development requirements, and taxonomies; technical writing and documentation experience pertaining to automatic data processing.

Responsibilities

Provide analysis and documentation of business processes, software development requirements, and taxonomies; technical writing and documentation experience pertaining to any aspect of automatic data processing.
Develop functional requirements and data elements for complex integrated systems; gathering requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks and workflow analysis; and preparing applicable Government and industry research technical documentation and standards.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies to include planning, standups, demonstrations and retrospectives. Manage Agile artifacts to include product backlog and scrum notes.
