Technical and Project Engineering is seeking a Business Operations Analyst-2 to support Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) leadership in Alexandria, VA. This on-site role requires organizational excellence, experience with sensitive information, and the ability to manage calendars, records, and travel logistics.

The candidate must hold an active SECRET clearance and demonstrate strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of related experience, OR 8 years of related experience.
• Security Clearance: Must have an active SECRET clearance.
• Communication: Exceptional oral and written English communication skills.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to build data tracking tools and reports.
• Licensing: Valid driver’s license with the ability to safely operate government or rental vehicles (requires GSA Defensive Driver training upon hire).

Responsabilités

• Coordinate executive calendars and oversee office operations.
• Set up and maintain digital/hard-copy files per DCSA policy for classified information.
• Draft, format, and proofread official letters and reports.
• Assist with travel orders/vouchers in the Defense Travel System (DTS) and GOV logs.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and track recruitment milestones.
