Job summary

Redhorse Corporation seeks an IT Business Analyst with experience in national security systems to bridge operations, legal authorities, and software teams. You will drive enterprise modernization, gather and document requirements, and manage agile backlogs across FISA, NSL, NSI and related tools.

You will craft high-level documentation, coordinate with DOJ and FBI stakeholders, and deliver briefs and dashboards for NSB IT lifecycle reviews. Top Secret clearance required or eligible.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in national security IT requirements management or IT business analysis.
• 3+ years in authoring technical documentation and presenting architectures to executive audiences.
• 2+ years in a federal interagency environment and coordinating with multiple agencies.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end national security systems development including project management and user requirements elicitation.
• Drive BPR to modernize legacy IT systems across federal intelligence and law enforcement communities.
• Define, validate, and document detailed business and functional requirements gathered from stakeholders.
• Manage Agile product backlogs in Jira with prioritized user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
• Produce executive-level documentation and dashboards for IT lifecycle reviews.
