Job summary

E-INFOSOL LLC, located in the Washington, DC area, seeks a motivated Business Systems Analyst to support FBI IT capabilities and system modernization. You will gather user requirements, document processes, and coordinate with DOJ and FBI stakeholders.

You will craft Agile user stories, assist backlog management, and provide technical guidance for system design, testing, and deployment. A Top Secret clearance with SCI/CI Poly eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related IT/data science field.
• Must possess Top Secret clearance with SCI/CI Poly eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Supports FBI national security system development, including FISA and NSL system project management.
• Performs in-depth business process analysis and modernization within the federal intelligence community.
• Defines and documents detailed business and functional requirements from interviews and existing documentation.
• Reviews legacy systems, processes and data to evaluate risks and identify improvement areas.
• Interacts with DOJ, FBI HQ and field offices to manage operational user requirements for FBI IT capabilities.
• Drafts system documentation, creates JIRA user stories with acceptance criteria, and supports backlog management.
