E-INFOSOL LLC is seeking a motivated Business Systems Analyst in Washington, DC to support FBI national security IT initiatives. The role focuses on gathering requirements, documenting processes, and aligning IT capabilities with strategic goals.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across DOJ/FBI, draft functional specs, and contribute to backlog management and project success. Ideal candidates have a strong background in national security IT, experience with JIRA and data-analytic tools, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a relevant IT or data science field.
• Top Secret clearance with SCI/CI Poly eligibility.
• Minimum 2 years experience communicating and translating IT topics between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Minimum 2 years experience using JIRA, MS Project, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Supports FBI national security system development and related project management.
• Performs in-depth business process analysis and modernization within the federal intelligence and law enforcement community.
• Defines and validates detailed business and functional requirements from interviews and existing documentation.
• Assesses existing systems and plans improvements, cost savings, and retirements/replacements.
• Interfaces with DOJ/FBI stakeholders to manage operational user requirements for IT capabilities.
• Drafts national security-focused documentation including JIRA stories and acceptance criteria.
• Assists backlog management by breaking down technical issues into tasks with clear criteria.
• Supports IT project planning and on-time task delivery.
• Prepares briefing books and Power BI reports for NSB IT issues.
• Provides guidance and troubleshooting for NSB Bridge applications and related tools.
