Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced Material Program Manager to join the Advanced Technology team in Tucson, AZ. You will develop and execute Material Program Plans, manage supplier relations, and drive procurement strategies across fast-paced development programs.

The role requires a BS or higher, 5+ years of SCM/Procurement experience, and active U.S. government security clearance. Onsite work and occasional travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Requires experience in Supply Chain, Production Control, and/or Procurement processes.
• Experience with SAP and familiarity with MRP supply and demand.
• Excellent reporting/communication skills and ability to demonstrate RTX leadership behaviors.
• Experience in a matrixed organizational structure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Material Program Plans and Supplier Management Plans.
• Assist with review of SSOWs and related SCM inputs.
• Generate RFIs/RFPs/RFQs and assess supplier proposals/quotes.
• Create material purchase requests and manage POs.
• Collaborate with production control and procurement to optimize cycle times.
