Job summary

Koniag IT Systems, LLC is seeking an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to support DOE/NNSA cybersecurity efforts in Las Vegas, NV, or DC/MD/NM. The role requires Top Secret clearance and RMF experience, with responsibilities spanning authorization work, documentation, and continuous monitoring.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in cybersecurity, proficiency with RMF, and a track record of preparing ISSPs and risk assessments for federal programs. DOE/NNSA/DoD familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with RMF or similar security authorization frameworks.
• Ability to develop and maintain security documentation such as ISSPs and risk assessments.
• Experience with federal agencies (DOE/NNSA/DoD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage system, application, and hardware authorization activities and documentation.
• Prepare authorization packages for AO/AODR review and RMF compliance.
• Perform continuous monitoring and track security control implementation.
