The ISSO will develop ISSPs, risk assessments, and security baselines, coordinating with AO/AODR for review and approval, while mentoring junior staff and ensuring compliance with federal cybersecurity requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a cybersecurity/IT-related field.
• 1–3 years in cybersecurity or information security.
• Experience with RMF and security documentation development.

Responsibilities

• Manage system, application, and hardware authorization documents (ISSPs, risk assessments, baselines).
• Ensure timely authorization and re-authorization activities; prepare packages for AO/AODR review.
• Maintain continuous monitoring, track control implementation, and support AO requirements.
