Northrop Grumman is seeking a full-time on-site Test Engineer to lead production testing across multiple integration levels. The role requires aviation systems knowledge, DoD Top Secret clearance, and collaboration with program, engineering, and manufacturing teams.

Candidates should be able to update test procedures, manage schedules, and coordinate with Managers, Operators, and QA teams. Relocation assistance may be available; travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years of related professional/military experience.
• A Bachelor of Science degree and 2 years of related professional/military experience.
• A Master of Science degree and 0 years of related professional/military experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive production testing at various integration levels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve test anomalies efficiently.
• Update and refine test procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Actively participate in Test Readiness Reviews and test-preparation briefings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless test progress.
