Job summary

TSTC is seeking an on-site intelligence systems support professional for DHS HQ in SE Washington, DC. The candidate will install and configure hardware/software, automate procedures, and implement security controls to meet stringent requirements.

Responsibilities include monitoring system health, patch management, antivirus updates, and collaboration with engineering and test teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in related field (Business, IT, Cyber Security, etc.)
• In-depth systems administration experience
• Network Administration - Ethernet switching, TCP/IP subnetting & routing (static & dynamic)
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Skilled in MS office suite
• Works independently, proactively identifies, and completes task.
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple teams, stakeholders, and SMEs

Responsibilities

• Select, install, configure, and integrate hardware and software to meet program requirements.
• Document and automate administration procedures.
• Implement security solutions that satisfy mandates and mitigate residual risk.
• Perform day to day system health monitoring, troubleshooting, patch management, and antivirus updates.
