Job summary

Afognak Native Corporation seeks an Operations Manager to oversee the contractor's labor force and deploy resources to meet facility support contract requirements. The position requires a Top Secret Clearance, an Associate's degree in O&M or Facilities Management, and at least five years' related experience.

The Operations Manager oversees the contractor's labor force and deploys resources-tools, materials, and parts-to ensure all contract requirements for comprehensive facility support (CFS) are met. This role manages day-to-day O&M activities for large facilities, coordinating staff and resources to ensure efficient, safe, and quality service delivery.

• Resource and Labor Management:
• Direct, schedule, and dispatch staff and resources to meet contract requirements.
• Authorize use of materials, manpower, and equipment.
• Service Delivery Oversight:
• Ensure contract and task order compliance through active supervision and reporting.
• Identify and address operational challenges proactively.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Interface with client representatives to ensure consistent and responsive service.
• Implement best practices and organizational improvements.
• Working Conditions:
• Mix of office and field work; may require overtime or emergency response.
• Physical Requirements:
• Able to move around large facilities as needed
• REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Top Secret Clearance required.
• Associate's degree or equivalent training/certification in O&M or Facilities Management.
