The ideal candidate will have 15 years of experience in O&M support services, with at least 5 years in large facility operations. A Secret Clearance and an associate's degree in Facilities Management are required. The role involves a mix of office and field work.
The Operations Manager oversees the contractor's labor force and deploys resources, tools, materials, and parts to ensure all contract requirements for comprehensive facility support (CFS) are met. This role manages day-to-day O&M activities for large facilities, coordinating staff and resources to ensure efficient, safe, and quality service delivery.
