Job summary

CRL Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Software Engineer in Ridgecrest, CA, to support avionics software across research and development programs.

The role requires working on-site with no telework option and a Final DoD Top Secret clearance. You will collaborate with program management and technical leads to integrate capabilities, derive requirements, and develop roadmaps through the design, test, and execution phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of Software Engineering experience is required.
• Experience with DoD platforms/systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support software aspects of avionics R&D systems and derive requirements.
• Coordinate with program management and technical teams on execution and roadmaps.
• Analyze proposals and report status across design, test and program execution.
• Act as mid-level software engineer coordinating with government and manufacturer leads.
