Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a motivated Program Manager 2 to drive high-value strategy and execution across multiple projects. You will lead integrated teams, manage budgets, and coordinate with customers and senior leadership to ensure successful program outcomes.

You will work on-site in Rancho Bernardo, CA or Palmdale, CA with up to 25% travel. A Top Secret clearance is required, with SAP eligibility considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of related experience or Master’s degree with 6 years of related experience.
• Experience leading tasks on schedule, cost, and requirements in a program management context.
• Excellent communication with executives, management, and stakeholders.
• Active U.S. Government Top Secret or higher clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance across multiple development projects.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor master plans, roadmaps, and milestones with corrective actions.
• Establish and manage budget baselines, including EVM methodologies.
• Identify program problems and implement solutions including resource adjustments.
• Lead risk and opportunity management from identification to mitigation.
• Plan and lead program reviews with customers and senior leadership.
