Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Project Technical Manager 3 to join our team in Rancho Bernardo, CA or Palmdale, CA. The role requires on-site work with no remote option and up to 25% travel.

The successful candidate will manage EVMS across engineering and logistics, decompose changes, and report KPIs to leadership. Candidates should have a related degree with seniority and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years related experience or Master’s with 3+ years or PhD with 1+ year.
• Ability to obtain and maintain active US Government Secret clearance.
• Experience in project management and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Manage EVMS across engineering and logistics teams.
• Decompose and track cost/schedule changes and impacts.
• Ensure accurate upward summaries and KPIs for leadership.
• Coordinate with managers and teams to deconflict tasks and mitigate risks.
