Qualifications

• Document and manage new and existing business processes to facilitate training, analysis, and redesign.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing and new business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Analyze operational business requirements and identify gaps for modification to existing processes.
• Create and maintain a requirements database documenting how each requirement is supported.
• Validate that proposed solutions meet the underlying need.

Responsibilities

• Collect marketing materials from industry providers claiming to satisfy identified business requirements.
• Document and manage new and existing functional capabilities provided by IT solutions.
• Analyze current capabilities vs. documented requirements to identify technology gaps impacting processes.
• Compare provider marketing materials and deliver an Analysis of Alternatives for PMO decisions.
• Validate that proposed solutions deliver new functional capabilities addressing requirements.
• Build and execute thorough test scripts to evaluate products and provide purchase recommendations.
• Review solution configuration changes to keep the Discovery Program's capabilities up-to-date.
• Perform other systems analysis research and documentation tasks as assigned.
