Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Cyber Operations Analyst Trainer to join the CJT team in Suffolk, VA, supporting Joint Staff J7 DD JTE exercises and training. The role emphasizes observing, training, and providing feedback to Joint Force Commanders and staffs to improve readiness and multi-national collaboration.

The candidate must hold an active DoW TS clearance with SCI eligibility, be a U.S. citizen, and have a bachelor’s degree with ~5 years of joint operational experience or equivalent training.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5 years of joint operational experience or equivalent training/certifications.
• Strong understanding of joint operational planning and staff functions.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME and trainer in cyberspace operations across joint and multinational exercises.
• Join DTLD Fires and Effects Section for continuity.
• Participate in Deployable Training Teams (DTTs) observing and training leadership staffs.
• Identify challenges and develop best practices and lessons learned.
• Research strategic documents, exercises, and real-world operations.
• Mentor Observer Trainers and ensure continuity within DTLD.
• Produce after-action reports and lessons learned inputs.
• Contribute to doctrine development and senior seminars.
