Job summary

Serco seeks an Authorities Analyst Trainer to join the CJT team in Suffolk, VA, supporting the JS J7 DD JTE and the Deployable Training & Lessons Division. The role focuses on observing, training, and providing feedback to Joint Force Commanders and staffs during joint/multinational exercises and SAVs. The candidate must hold a TS clearance with SCI eligibility, U.S.

citizenship, and be willing to travel internationally. On-site work in Suffolk is required.

Qualifications

Active U.S. Department of War Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
U.S. Citizenship.
Willingness to travel internationally, up to 25%.
On-site work in Suffolk, Virginia.
Experience in joint/operational planning and senior leader briefing.

Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert and trainer in Authorities on Deployable Training Teams (DTTs).
Observe and train Combatant Command and Joint Task Force leadership during joint and multinational exercises.
Conduct cross-functional analysis of information from exercises for lessons learned and best practices.
Research strategic documents, historical exercises, and real-world operations.
Mentor and train new observers; provide continuity within DTLD.
Produce after-action reports and joint lessons learned inputs (FAAR, ESR, CFR, IAAR).
Contribute to doctrine development and facilitate senior-level seminars (PINNACLE, CAPSTONE, KEYSTONE).
