Job summary

Serco is seeking a Cyber Operations Analyst Trainer to join the CJT team in support of JS J7 DD JTE, Suffolk, VA. Active TS/SCI clearance required; U.S. citizenship and travel up to 25% internationally may be needed. The role emphasizes training, observation, and feedback to joint and multinational staffs during exercises.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher and at least 5 years of joint operational experience or related certifications. On-site work in Suffolk, VA is expected.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME and trainer in cyberspace operations across joint, multinational, interagency, and globally integrated exercises and operations.
• Observe and train Combatant Command leadership during joint and multinational exercises.
• Identify key command challenges and provide cross-functional analysis to develop best practices and lessons learned.
• Produce detailed after-action reports and joint lessons learned inputs (e.g., FAAR, ESR, CFR, IAAR).
• Contribute to doctrine development and facilitate senior-level seminars.
