Serco is seeking an Authorities Analyst Trainer to join the CJT team in Suffolk, VA, supporting the Joint Staff J7 DD JTE and the Deployable Training & Lessons Division. The role focuses on sharing best practices in authorities to enhance readiness for joint and multinational exercises.

An active DoW TS clearance with SCI eligibility is required, along with U.S. citizenship and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• U.S. Citizenship and passport are required.
• Juris Doctorate or equivalent law degree; or a BA/MA with substantial joint operations experience.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 25% and to work on-site in Suffolk, VA.

Responsabilités

• Serve as SME and trainer in Authorities on Deployable Training Teams.
• Identify key command authorities challenges and develop lessons learned.
• Research strategic documents, historical exercises, and real-world ops.
• Analyze planning processes to align with strategic guidance.
• Mentor new Observer Trainers and support continuity within the DTLD.
• Produce after-action reports and joint lessons learned.
• Contribute to doctrine development and facilitate senior-level seminars.
