Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst – Level 2 to join our Space Sector in Aurora, CO. This 100% onsite role supports DoD, SAP, and SCI programs under tight security controls.

You will serve as CPSO, administer SCIF/SAPF security, manage PERSEC/OPSEC, and help train personnel while ensuring compliance with government regulations and DoD manuals. A TS clearance is required and candidates must be able to obtain SAP/SCI access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of professional experience OR Master’s degree with 0 years of professional experience
• Requires an active U.S. Government DoD Top-Secret security clearance at time of application, with ability to obtain SAP/SCI access prior to onboarding
• Knowledge of CFR 32 part 117 (NISPOM); JAFAN; DoDM 5205.07; ICDs and DoD Manuals
• Experience with Desktop Office products and meticulous record-keeping

Responsibilities

• Support a fast-paced, high-profile program; build relationships with internal and external customers
• Study and implement company and federal security policies, regulations, and procedures
• Obtain rulings and deviations for compliance from government agencies
• Manage program security compliance across SCIF/SAPF, PHYSEC, COMSEC, PERSEC, OPSEC and related activities
• Develop and implement a security education and awareness program
• Conduct internal security audits and investigate violations to determine preventive actions
