Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst – Level 3 or 4 in Aurora, CO for an on-site SkillBridge opportunity. You will serve as CPSO, support security operations, and ensure compliance with DoD guidelines across multiple security disciplines, including SCIF and SAPF environments.

The role requires active Top-Secret clearance (TS/SCI with poly preferred) and strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
• Active DoD Top-Secret clearance required for Level 3; TS/SCI with poly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support SkillBridge program with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare CONOPS and security documentation for programs.
• Ensure compliance with DoD/National security requirements across SCIF/SAPF environments.
• Deliver security briefings and training to staff and service members.
