Job summary

Northrop Grumman's Space Sector in Boulder, CO seeks an Industrial Security Analyst – Level 3 to lead program security operations onsite. You will serve as CSSO, oversee SCIF/SAPF, PERSEC, COMSEC, OPSEC, and more across complex programs with DoD and IC requirements.

The role requires a TS clearance, DoD/NISPOM familiarity, and the ability to build strong relationships with government customers and internal teams. This is a 100% onsite position with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of professional security experience.
• Master's degree with 3 years of experience or PhD with 1 year.
• Active Top-Secret clearance and SCI access preferred.
• Experience with CSSO roles and security program audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage security operations across multiple disciplines.
• Serve as CSSO and oversee SCIF/SAPF administration.
• Develop security trainings and SOPs for programs.
• Coordinate with government customers and internal teams.
• Maintain SAP/SCI security compliance and documentation.
