Job summary

Northrop Grumman in San Diego, CA is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst (Level 2) to safeguard critical technologies and support national security missions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance, 5 years of NISPOM/SAP experience, JADE and DISS familiarity, and the ability to manage SAP security duties, administer JADE, and coordinate with program managers and defense partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 2 years of Industrial Security experience, or 4 years in lieu of a degree.
5 years of experience with NISPOM and SAP Volumes 1-4.
Experience with JADE and DISS.
Active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance with a background investigation date within 6 years.
Preferred: SAP environment experience.
Preferred: knowledge of NISPOM and DoD SAP Manuals.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day security functions of SAPs as CPSO.
Administer the JADE Database (50%).
Handle personnel security, education & training, document control and physical security.
Interpret and apply manuals for access to restricted records.
Collaborate with program managers and defense partners.
Conduct security education classes and security audits.
Must understand NISPOM, DoD SAP Manuals and classification guides.
