Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Colorado Springs seeks an Industrial Security Analyst at Level 3 or 4 to support national and global security missions. This 100% onsite role requires handling classified programs and implementing ICD 705/NISPOM with a mandatory Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities include security program development, training, and policy compliance, with travel up to 10% and potential discretionary bonus. Preferred candidates have DISS/SIMS/Lenel experience and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with required years of experience.
• Experience with classified industrial security programs.
• Must have active Top-Secret/SCI clearance with ability to obtain poly.

Responsibilities

• Manage destruction, security education and awareness, compliance, and professional relationships with customers.
• Develop and administer security programs for classified materials and equipment.
• Study and implement federal security regulations applicable to operations.
• Prepare manuals and supervise access to restricted records.
