Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector seeks an Industrial Security Analyst at Schriever Space Force Base, CO. This is an onsite role focused on managing classified security programs and PERSEC tasks, including SCI nominations. Experience with NISPOM and DoD security requirements is essential, with MS Office and SIMS skills advantageous.

The position supports a comprehensive security program and offers a path across Level 2 or Level 3 responsibilities, with strong emphasis on leadership and compliance.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance at time of application.
• Experience with DoD security programs and NISPOM requirements.
• Familiarity with MS Office and Security Information Management System (SIMS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee classified security programs per NISPOM and related regs.
• Document, investigate, and report security incidents with corrective actions.
• Provide PERSEC support and manage clearance information in DISS.
• Support facility security: alarms, access control, cameras, SOPs, inspections.
• Develop and deliver SETA security education and awareness activities.
• Generate SCI nomination packages and ensure forms are complete.
