Job summary

Moseley Technical Services in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Contracts Management Specialist to lead pre-award and post-award contract administration for defense programs. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
5+ years of contract-related experience.
Strong knowledge of FAR and DFARS.
Active U.S. Top Secret clearance (active within the past 24 months).
U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Lead pre-award and post-award contract administration.
Prepare and support complex proposals, negotiations, contract modifications, and change orders.
Review terms and conditions, BOEs, and contractual risk.
Interpret and apply FAR/DFARS requirements and contractual flow-downs.
Support cost-plus, fixed-price, and T&M contracts.
Interface with government customers, internal teams, and DCMA.
Support shipment, billing, payment collection, reporting, and documentation.
Manage frequent contract modifications across classified programs.
Support prohibited information agreements, associate contractor agreements, and export licenses.
