Job summary

Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing Company, is seeking a Contracts Management Specialist to lead proposals, negotiate contracts, and administer government programs. This onsite role in El Segundo requires coordination with USG customers and compliance with FAR/DFARS guidelines.

Level 3 or 4 experience, active TS clearance, and knowledge of multiple contract types are preferred. Relocation may be offered; first shift. U.S. citizenship and security eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5+ years of contract-related experience.
• Knowledge of FAR and DFARS for pre-award and post-award contracting.
• Experience with cost plus, fixed price, and time and materials contracts.
• Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Interfacing with customers and partners for proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and contract administration.
• Prepare and review BOEs for accuracy and completeness to support proper contract acquisition and fulfillment.
• Manage contract documentation, reports, and data analyses; maintain historical information.
• Coordinate shipping, billing, and payment collection; interface with DCMA as required.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and maintain assigned contracts; support export licenses and related memoranda.
