Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. seeks a Contracts Administrator in El Segundo, CA. The role requires US citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance, with 8+ years of relevant experience and an MA/MS or higher degree. You will manage contracts, advise on obligations, and support proposal reviews across multiple departments.

You will collaborate with program managers and customers, ensuring compliance, timely close-out, and accurate documentation in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship + active TS/SCI security clearance.
• 8+ years of related work experience with MA/MS degree or higher in STEM, Business, Contract Administration, or related fields.
• Superior interpersonal, organizational, written, verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Able to report to El Segundo, CA full-time as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administers and manages company contracts from negotiation to close-out.
• Ensures contracts, modifications, and agreements comply with legal requirements, specifications, and government regulations.
• Advises management on contractual rights and obligations and interprets terms.
• Supports management and proposal teams in reviewing solicitations and drafting questions.
• Prepares worksheets and performs calculations for contract activities.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with Program Managers and customers.
• Resolves issues affecting compliance and ensures satisfaction of legal requirements.
• Maintains electronic file management of all contract documents.
