Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a COMSEC professional to serve as the KOAM and alternate DIAS manager onsite at our Cedar Rapids facility.

You will oversee COMSEC accountability, registrations, shipments, and daily KOAM operations, following NSA and agency guidelines. Requires active TS clearance, KMI training, and US citizenship. Onsite role with opportunities to train teams and improve processes.

Qualifications

• University degree required with minimum 5 years of related experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years.
• U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance.
• Active and transferable DoD Top Secret clearance is required before start date.
• KMI training certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily COMSEC support and oversee KMI account operations on site in Cedar Rapids.
• Document accountability actions using KMI software and manage registrations.
• Perform device registrations and endorsements, and manage COMSEC material custody and destruction.
• Conduct inventories, compliance checks, and incident reporting.
• Train COMSEC team and other personnel on policy, security, and procedures.
