The role directs monitoring and alerting frameworks, drives cloud architecture aligned with Zero Trust principles and DoD/DON requirements, and oversees edge or hybrid HCI stack operations at government or commercial data centers.

Qualifications

• Requires current TOP SECRET Security Clearance.
• BS degree and 2+ years IT experience or Masters with 0 years.
• Experience in an IT operational environment.
• Familiar with data integration and normalization concepts.
• Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL, CSF, and KPI.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering of service dependencies and integrations.
• Develop dashboards and reports for performance.
• Monitor network performance and optimize operations.
• Respond to incidents with remediation actions.
• Ensure compliance with DoD security requirements.
