Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Cloud Service Support Engineer III to join our team in the Virginia area. You will lead engineering and implementation of solutions enabling key service dependencies across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments and drive monitoring frameworks aligned with Zero Trust and DoD requirements.

You will oversee operation of edge or hybrid HCI stacks, advise on configuration changes, and test and monitor network devices, contributing to secure, resilient mission-critical IT

Qualifications

• Current TOP SECRET clearance required.
• BS degree with 2+ years IT experience or a Master's with 0 years IT experience.
• Experience in operational IT metrics, correlation, reporting, and dashboards.
• Familiar with SLAs/SLRs, DoD requirements, and ITIL concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering for solutions across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and executive presentations on service performance.
• Coordinate with teams to identify and resolve transport and network issues.
• Monitor security, encryption, and vulnerability management to protect data.
