Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Cloud Developer with Top-Secret clearance to join our team in Washington, DC, delivering cloud services across PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, and DaaS. You will implement DevSecOps automation and advise on migration from on-prem to the cloud, ensuring secure, scalable platforms for national priorities.

The role emphasizes architecture design, collaboration, and strong documentation across cloud environments, while providing cost optimization and availability strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Engineering, CS or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of cloud development and deployment experience.
• Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop cloud service delivery models (PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, DaaS) and architecture.
• Implement automation for cloud resources using DevSecOps practices.
• Analyze applications and advise on cloud migrations and deployments.
• Provide strategies for secure cloud environments, uptime and cost optimization.
• Develop and migrate cloud apps, manage cloud policies and secure environments.
