Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in program analysis or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with DoW acquisition, program management, or operational planning.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership and program personnel with planning, coordination, execution, and tracking.
• Manage taskers, monitor suspense dates, consolidate responses, ensure approved outputs.
• Maintain visibility of requirements, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate across Government, contractor, and functional orgs to resolve issues.
• Prepare agendas, document decisions, track follow-ups.
• Draft and maintain program documents, briefings, and staff actions.
