Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• Associate’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint and MS Teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate organizational level operational activities with higher headquarters and external partners.
• Manage taskers and staffing packets; prioritize, track, and complete actions.
• Develop, publish, and maintain operations policies, procedures, and directives.
• Oversee scheduling and management of organizational resources and calendars.
• Plan and execute organizational events such as meetings and town halls.
• Maintain archival responsibility for operations documents for compliance.
• Represent Operations leadership at meetings and working groups.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage facility requirements to support operations.
• Support special projects or unique mission requirements as needed.
