Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• Associate’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to use Microsoft applications including SharePoint and MS Teams.
• Strong written and spoken communication; analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate organizational-level operational activities with higher headquarters and external partners.
• Manage taskers and staffing packets, prioritizing and tracking actions.
• Develop, publish, and maintain operations policies, orders, and directives.
• Plan and manage scheduling of organizational resources, calendars, and coordination tools.
• Represent Operations leadership at meetings, working groups, and conferences.
