Job summary

CACI is seeking a highly organized Program Analyst to support government leadership, coordinate actions, and track program activities in a fast-paced national security environment. You will plan, execute, and document efforts across multiple teams to sustain mission success.

This role requires a proactive self-starter with strong writing and analytical skills, a Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, and a bachelor's degree with several years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience in program analysis, program management, project coordination, business operations, Government support, administration, logistics, acquisition, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce professional staff products.
• Familiarity with DoW acquisition, program management, operational planning.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership, Action Officers, Portfolio Integrators, and program personnel with program planning, coordination, execution, and tracking.
• Manage and coordinate taskers and staff actions by assigning actions, monitoring suspense dates, consolidating responses, and ensuring approved responses are properly submitted.
• Maintain visibility of program requirements, priorities, milestones, deliverables, risks, and outstanding actions.
• Coordinate across Government, contractor, and functional organizations to resolve issues and drive actions to completion.
• Prepare meeting agendas, coordinate meetings, document decisions and action items, and track follow-up requirements.
