Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in project/program management or financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of federal budgeting regulations.
• Proficiency in automated program planning software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of program management concepts and budgeting practices.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and report all Task Order financial data to support client strategic plans.
• Develop baseline budgets, forecasts, and EACs detailing monthly/annual costs.
• Update forecasts and EACs monthly with actuals and new mission requirements.
• Track and analyze variances and trends monthly.
• Coordinate contracting/financial resources for compliance with cost reporting.
