Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Cloud Service Support Admin/Analyst in the Norfolk area to monitor and manage Azure Entra and M365 workloads for a large user base. The role supports incident response, governance, and documentation under senior engineers, with a clear focus on security and compliance.

The candidate will handle tenant health checks, licensing, and access remediation, and will participate in ITSM processes while providing Tier 2 desk support and deploying Windows image configurations.

Qualifications

• Requires current TOP SECRET security clearance.
• Azure Fundamentals and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certifications required.
• 3+ years of experience as an Azure Cloud Administrator in an enterprise cloud environment.
• Experience with Office Suite, PowerShell, SharePoint, cloud security, and data governance tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and administer Azure infrastructure and Microsoft 365 services.
• Manage tenant-wide configuration settings for Azure and M365.
• Monitor admin centers and security tools for incidents and alerts; analyze trends.
• Provide Tier 2 support and assist with ITSM processes (change/incident/problem).
• Contribute to compliance, COOP/DR, and governance documentation.
