Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Cloud Service Support Admin/Analyst to monitor and manage Azure Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and SaaS platforms. You will assist senior engineers with tenant health checks, dashboards, licensing, and governance activities within a large enterprise environment.

Required expertise includes Azure Cloud administration, M365, PowerShell, and ITIL, along with a current TOP SECRET clearance. The role involves supporting Tier 2 desk operations and documentation for COOP/DR testing.

Qualifications

• Current TOP SECRET security clearance
• Azure Fundamentals and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certifications
• BS or MS degree with 3+ years as an Azure Cloud Administrator in enterprise cloud
• Experience with Office Suite, PowerShell, Azure Firewall, SharePoint, Cloud Security, and Data Governance Tools
• Basic experience with Power Platform
• Working knowledge of Purview and ITIL framework

Responsibilities

• Manage/monitor Azure infrastructure including identity, governance, storage, compute, networking, backup, and VM deployment for a large user base
• Administer tenant-wide Microsoft 365 configurations and oversee on-premise and cloud systems
• Monitor M365 Admin Center and security/operational tools for incidents, outages, and alerts; analyze performance and trends
• Provide support for Teams Live Events and conferencing/telephony
• Oversee SharePoint site hierarchies and governance
• Participate in ITSM processes including change, incident, and problem management
• Provide Tier 2 service desk support and manage Windows image and group policy
